Summary

Merfolk researcher Mira Hale mistakes the powerful Siren Auren for a lonely deep-sea merman and teaches him a courtship song and dance for her thesis. She never realizes that, to Auren, she has chosen him as her mate. When she learns what he truly is and tries to flee, he takes her to a remote island.
